beansites
This is where a map should indicate the physical locations of each of the sites visited. Unfortunately, the original map was not available to me when I made this webpage, hence what is presented here will have to do!
Unfortunately, the way this is presented means that you, the visitor, will need a rather intimate knowledge of Peterhead to make any sense out of the information below.
The lesson that may be learned (by me) is to never leave a map behind without first copying it. It may come handy at a later stage.
It must be said that I never really intended to make this information available on the web. When I am looking at the various spreads presented below, and being aware of how the sites were numbered (from north to south), I can locate them pretty precisely on the map. This is something the occational visitor to this site will not be able to do, for which please accept my apologies!
I also suspect that site number 000 should have had another number. The same applies to 001, although I am not 100% sure about that one. As far as site 999 is concerned, I know that should have had another number, as we only threw 600 beans on the map. Never mind...
As this was a group effort, the names of the students that actually went to the sites and collected the information is indicated in the lower right hand corner of each spread.
